Spicy Andhra Prawn Fry Recipe | Flavorful Shrimp Appetizer

INGREDIENTS:
1. Prawns – 250gms
2. Ginger-garlic paste – 1tsp
3. Coriander powder – 1tsp
4. Jeera powder – 1tsp
5. Garam masala – 1tsp
6. Red chilli powder – 1tsp
7. Curd – 2tsp
8. Turmeric powder – ½tsp
9. Chat masala – 1tsp
10. Oil – 2tbsp
11. Lemon juice – 1tsp
RECIPE PREPARATION:
1.Wash the prawns well with cold water and leave them in a colander to drain
2.In a mixing bowl, add garlic pieces, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powde rand the prawns. Use your fingers to toss gently, then seta side for 30 minutes.
3.Heat the oil in a pan, add these marinated prawns and shake pan to spread out in a single layer. Cook prawns for 2-3minutes, turning and tossing.
4.Once done, switch off the flame. Transfer prawns to a serving plate, squeeze over lemon juice, sprinkle with spring onions and serve hot.
